Platform Use for Malaysian Players

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and inak918 as the platform operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the inak918 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital medium — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use the inak918 platform at all. inak918 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice; however, inak918 will endeavour to inform players through available official channels.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with inak918's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between you and inak918.

The inak918 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years of age and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. inak918 takes our responsibility seriously to ensure this platform is not accessed by children or minors.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual who acting on your own behalf and not acting on behalf of any third party.

Each player is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at inak918 at any one time. Inak918 accepts a variety of local Malaysian payment methods to facilitate player deposits. All deposits must be made using a method registered in the player's own name — inak918 does not accept third-party payments.

Inak918 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms as outlined in the respective promotion's details. The following general provisions apply to all inak918 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each player is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used for placing bets.
• Wagering requirements are typically between 5x to 30x total bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

• Bonuses are non-transferable to other players under any circumstances.

• Odds displayed are live odds and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• For sports bets such as EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and badminton, bet outcomes are determined based on official results issued by the relevant governing body.
• If a match is postponed and not completed within 12 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

Inak918 reserves the right to void or revise accepted bets in the event of a technical error, a significant odds discrepancy compared to the current market, or any unforeseen circumstance affecting the integrity of the match or game.

Inak918 expects all players to act with honesty, integrity, and responsibility at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to place bets automatically
• Any attempt to hack, alter, or interfere with inak918's systems or software
• Collusion between players to manipulate the outcome of poker games or sports bets
• Money laundering through deposits and withdrawals with no genuine intent to play
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification
• Misusing inak918's customer support features, including filing false complaints
• Any form of financial fraud or manipulation of the payment system

Inak918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from competent authorities.

Players also have the right to close their inak918 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. For players who need a self-exclusion break for responsible gambling reasons, inak918 offers the following options:

• Temporary Break: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days
• Bet Limits: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure upon player request

Once an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the original deposit method within 3–5 business days.

Inak918 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from technical disruptions or loss of internet connection during a gaming session
• Bet or game outcomes that have been officially confirmed by the system
• Losses arising from the player's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or using public devices
• Any taxes or financial liabilities incurred by players as a result of their winnings
